Yes, so that we can give each bride our undivided attention, we are open only by appointments. Please call as early as possible to secure your appointment date and time. 

We ask that no more than 4 people accompany the bride. It's your dress and your day. Invite only the people who matter most...they will be supportive when you find the one! For brides who would like to include additional guests please book our exclusive appointment to have the entire store to yourself!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit cards, & Cash. A 50% non-refundable payment is due at the time of purchase for our special order gowns. The balance of any order is due when your gown arrives in our shop. Complete payment is required at the time of purchase for all off the rack gowns and accessories. 

All gowns require alterations to give a perfect fit for your wedding day. When ordering, your personal stylist will order your gown in the size that closest fits your measurements taken during your appointment. The cost of alterations is not included in the purchase price. Remember that a stress free timeline for alterations is 2-3 months. Be sure to ask us for a list of recommended seamstress. 

For a stress free timeline, plan on ordering your dress 9 to 12 months prior to your wedding date. We do have off the rack dresses and can accommodate in most cases if you do not have 9 to 12 months to plan,

Of course! We do our best to accommodate as many beautiful body types.  

Our bridal appointments last within an hour to an hour and a half. During the appointment, you will work one on one with one of our Bridal Stylist that will help guide you through the process of selecting your wedding dress(es) for your special day.

There is nothing specific that is required for trying on our dresses. We kindly ask that underwear is worn at all times while trying on the dresses. 

Yes, we do! If you buy a dress off the floor we offer a layaway payment program. We require 30% down of the total to put dress into layaway. You have 60 days to pay off the remaining balance. All payments are non refundable. 

No, we do not charge for appointments to reserve appointments we do require a credit card on file that will be charged $50 in the event the appointment is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice or you do not make it to your appointment. We do offer private appointments for $200 during the week to have the store to yourself and include additional guests and have the store to yourself!
